  • Visit the Electricity New Connection (ENC) online portal. once it opens, you will see a screen with several options on the left side of the window, including Home, Track, Apply, Change, Print Form, Print DN, Pay DN, and Upload DN.

  • To track the current status of your demand notice, click on the “Track” button. A tab will appear with two options: New Connection and Change of Name/Tariff/Load.
  • If you’ve already applied for a new connection and wish to check the status of the demand notice, select the “New Connection” option. If your application is for a Change of Name/Tariff/Load, choose the corresponding option.
  • Since we are tracking the demand notice status for a new connection, we will click on the “New Connection” tab. After selecting it, a window will appear displaying two fields: Company and Tracking ID.
  • From the “Company” dropdown, select GEPCO, as you are under its jurisdiction. Then, in the “Tracking ID” field, enter your tracking number and click “Submit.”
